Fees

Rates valid as of January 1, 2019

Our fees are calculated according to the time spent, ie according to the time actually spent on the file as part of the realisation of all the services needed to achieve the objectives determined jointly with the client in compliance with the established strategy and applying to all the diligences carried out by the firm (appointments, telephone interviews, letters, e-mails, file review, analysis of parts, drafting of acts, hearings, etc…)

Your file will be followed up by a team consisting of a partner and an associate attorney. Depending on the difficulty of the case and the complexity of your file, the partner will join with an associate attorney offering expertise corresponding to the specificity of the case. If necessary, this team could possibly be strengthened.
Time spent fees thus vary according to the following hourly rates:

ASSOCIATE

Elodie MULON
500 € HT or 600 € TTC

AVOCATS OF COUNSEL

290 € HT or 348 € TTC

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEYS

Varies according to their level of experience and seniority between 230 HT or 276 € TTC and 270 HT or 324 € TTC.

An success-related fee may be proposed according to the financial stakes presented by the file. In this context, the hourly rates of the fee in time spent are reduced and supplemented by a success-related fee calculated on the basis of a percentage applied on the sums obtained by the client at the end of the procedure. This billing mode can only apply to certain types of files.

In all cases, a mission and remuneration agreement will be submitted to the client’s signature at the opening of the file setting out the firm’s conditions of intervention, the invoicing procedures and the hourly rates retained. The signature of this agreement is mandatory.

It is very difficult to precisely determine in advance the overall budget needed to process the file until the procedure is completed, which can vary greatly depending on the unforeseen events generated, in particular, by the other party (analysis of parts, incidents, expertise, conclusions in response, hearings, etc …) which can considerably vary the diligences to be performed in order to best ensure the defence of the client’s interests, thus impacting the firm’s intervention costs.

The estimation of a price range is however possible within the framework of a mission of strict counsel or amicable procedure.

In any case, a statement of due diligence accompanies each invoice sent to the client, allowing them to be regularly informed of the progress of his billing and to discuss it with the firm.
