Gaëtan ESCUDEY joined Mulon Associés in 2019.
Holder of a Master’s degree in International and European Law, he has a PhD in International Family Law from the University of Bordeaux where he completed his doctoral thesis on the married and unmarried couples in private international law.
He won the Violette Gorny competition for the best Family law lawyer on the topic of the insertion of marital separation clauses in marriage contracts.
He worked in a firm specialising in international Family law as well as in the Family Division of the Paris Court of Appeal.
Collaborative law practitioner and holder of the university Degree (first part) of mediator, Gaëtan ESCUDEY is trained in alternative methods of dispute resolution.
Qualified as a Lecturer in Private Law and Criminal Sciences, he taught for five years as a tutor in Family law, Private International law and the Contract law. Currently, he provides seminars on International Family law at the University of Bordeaux and teaches Family law in the Master’s degree in Law and Property Management at the Higher Institute of Law.
Author of twenty articles and case law commentaries published in various legal journals, he has intervened in a dozen symposia and conferences.
