Alice MUNCK-BARRAUD joined the firm in 2018.
Her various experiences in law firms, notably at the French-speaking Bar in Brussels, enabled her to grasp both family litigation situations and to manage cases directed towards amicable dispute resolution processes, Alice MUNCK-BARRAUD being notably trained in the collaborative law. She has thus developed extensive expertise in Succession and Family law, but also in Criminal law as she attended the training of the School of Criminal Defence of the Paris Bar and is listed on the criminal permanence lists.
At the same time, Alice MUNCK-BARRAUD is a lecturer at the Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University in the field of Matrimonial Property law and is involved in the Family Course of the Bar School. This teaching activity allows her to maintain a solid framework of analysis necessary for the practical application of the law and to follow legislative and judicial developments.
She holds two Master’s degrees in “internal, international and comparative Family law” (2010) and “Litigation law” (2011) (University of Strasbourg).
Alice MUNCK-BARRAUD regularly publishes articles and commentaries of jurisprudence, in specialized legal publications and in particular in the Gazette du Palais Family law special edition.
She speaks English and Italian.
