Holder of two Master II from the University of Strasbourg in “internal, international and comparative family law” (2010) and in “litigation law” (2011), Alice Munck was sworn in January 2015 to the Paris Bar after having followed several internships at the French Bar in Brussels.
Alice Munck first worked for a first firm whose activity was mainly focused on family litigation before joining a second cabinet focusing more on amicable processes such as the collaborative law process.
Alice Munck joined MULON ASSOCIES in March 2018.
At the same time, Alice Munck is a lecturer at the Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University in matrimonial property law and is involved in the Family Course of the Bar School. This teaching activity allows him to maintain a solid framework of analysis necessary for the practical practice of law and to follow legislative and judicial developments.
She also writes case law columns in AJ Famille and the Gazette du Palais.
In September 2018, she joined the Criminal Bar.
