Elodie MULON founded the law firm MULON ASSOCIES in order to address all needs in patrimonial and extra-patrimonial law, both in a national and an international context, through counsel and litigation.
After earning a Master’s degree in Private Law at the University Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, Elodie MULON took the oath to become a lawyer at the Paris Bar in December 1990. In parallel, she was a lecturer at the Essec business school from 1989 to 1990 and for tutorials in civil law at University Paris II Panthéon Assas, from 1990 to 1994.
She is at the center of the evolutions in family law and is regularly consulted by the public authorities regarding family law. Very committed in family law instances and associations, she is the President of the “Institut du Droit de la famille et du patrimoine” (Institute of Family Law and Patrimonial Law), a member of the Family Commission of the Paris Bar, of the “Association des Praticiens du Droit Collaboratif” (Association of Practisioners in Collaborative Law), of the “Association nationale des avocats spécialistes et praticiens de droit de la famille” (National Association of specialized lawyers and practitioners in family law) and the association “Droit et Procédure” (Law and Proceedings).
She is also in charge, alongside Anne-Laure Casado, of the training in family law at the Paris Bar training school (Ecole de Formation des Barreaux Professionnels de la Cour d’appel de Paris).
Elodie Mulon was a member of numerous functions within instances which represent lawyers (Treasurer then National Secretary of the FNUHA, Vice-president of the Paris UJA, member of the “Conseil National des Barreaux” then member of the “Conseil de l’Ordre”). She is currently the Secretary of the Bureau of the “Conseil National des Barreaux” for the 2018-2019 mandate.
Author of numerous articles and caselaw reviews in specialized legal journals, she is also frequently contacted by the media on her insight of current events when family law issues are at stake. She is also the co-scientific director of the family law section of the legal journal “Gazette du Palais” with Beatrice Weiss-Gout.
